Guidon Talent Partners exists to close the gap between two groups that need each other: employers looking for disciplined, high-caliber professionals — and veterans looking for meaningful civilian work.

We handle the full recruiting process for employers and provide free transition support for veterans. When a hire happens, 10% of our fee goes directly to Veteran Service Organizations.
